Happy New Year!! Too all of you folks who have decided to view this new year with a positive approach, I suggest. A new approach--Many, people say to me that they suffer from "sticking thinking" That is, run away thoughts and ugly round-robin thinking.

What to do? What to do? What to do?

Try this simple solution and remember practice, practice, practice.

Say a simple prayer. Next Breath deeply--in through the nose out through the mouth (3Xs) three times.

Focus on a lovely picture ( either a physical picture or a mental one). And when the ugly thought or any thought arises

say to yourself "I AM". And again "I AM" Continue to do this simple exercise until you can clear your mind with the simple "I AM".
